Hi folks,
Just a quick note to say thank you for all the support you sent us at the Sheboygan County Fair! We saw a lot of you walking past and it was great to see you in an informal setting. Many of you also brought family and friends over to meet us, and referred them into our office. We always appreciate the support. Later this week I will be sending out a notice introducing Dr. Misty Schmitz, who is joining us to help us with our growth. Thanks to you we are growing rapidly, and we know that our growth is only because of your support. Thank You.

In these classes you will learn what you can do to improve the health of your brain and your back through exercise, muscle control, diet, and stress management. You will learn how to build the four components of a healthy Brain and Back into your life - Stability, Attunement, Flexibility, and Energy.
These classes are available to anyone who wants to learn about their Brain and Back. All are Welcome!
